About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator (3–5 PQE) looking to take their career to the next level. You will be involved in significant cases before the High Court, appellate courts, specialist tribunals, and regulatory bodies. The work is varied, with exposure to:

• Commercial litigation – contract disputes, intellectual property, defamation, and tort law
• Public law and judicial review – acting for international and domestic clients in regulatory and administrative challenges
• Insurance litigation – advising on professional liability, construction disputes, and regulatory complaints
• Advocacy and dispute resolution – working on mediation, arbitration, and briefing cases to the independent bar

About You

• 3–5 years’ PQE with experience in civil or commercial litigation
• Strong advocacy, analytical, and research skills
• Ability to manage complex cases and work closely with clients
• Experience in commercial, insurance, or public law disputes is an advantage
• A proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative approach
