About the Role

This is an opportunity for a Senior Solicitor to Senior Associate with at least 4 years' experience in resource management, environmental law, public law, or local government law. You’ll work closely with a diverse range of clients, including developers, corporates, local authorities, and government bodies, providing expert advice on:

• Urban development and infrastructure projects
• Freshwater management and environmental compliance
• RMA litigation, plan changes, and policy development
• Local government law and strategic planning

‍About You

• 4+ years' PQE in resource management, environmental law, public law, or local government law
• Experience advising corporate and public sector clients on RMA and planning matters
• Strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent advocacy, communication, and client management skills
• The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing, nationally integrated team
